Seven mayoral candidates have made their intentions official. They are: Mary Giuliani Stephens, who is in her second term on the Woodbury City Council; Rachel Homuth; Nicholas Kiecker; Eddie Marcus; Art McCloskey; William (Tom) Owens, and Earl Reinhardt.
