Woodbury is in the midst of a building boom — issuing permits for a SuperTarget, a new mall, 100 new homes and other projects totaling more than $100 million. The growth spurt is also being accelerated by projects that include a branch of the state’s largest church and an addition to Globe University. Others are on the horizon, but haven’t been finalized — such as a new Dairy Queen.
